Casa Mediterraneo Hotel is seeking a passionate and hands-on Breakfast / Kitchen Host to take ownership of our daily breakfast service while also supporting hotel operations and events. This is a unique, autonomous position, ideal for someone who loves food, enjoys responsibility, and thrives in a small boutique hotel environment.

Main Responsibilities (Primary Role – Breakfast)
• Prepare and serve daily breakfast for hotel guests.
• Cook and bake fresh breakfast items every day.
• Set up, present, and maintain an inviting breakfast area.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests during breakfast service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage basic breakfast stock and supplies in coordination with management.

Secondary Responsibilities
• Assist with guest welcome and general hospitality service when needed.
• Support hotel events and pop-up dinners (food preparation, service, drinks).
• Help cover bar shifts on the bartender’s days off (bar experience is a big plus).
• Support other small-hotel service duties as required.

Skills and expertise
• Strong passion for food, cooking, and baking.
• Previous breakfast, kitchen, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Friendly, communicative, and guest-oriented.
• Good communication skills; English required, Greek a plus.
