The offer is complemented by abreakfast servicefocused on quality, freshness, and balance, as well as abardedicated to signature cocktails, reinvented classics, and personalized experiences.
We are looking to reinforce our team with a:
BARTENDER(M/F)
Responsibilities:
•Welcome and serve guests, providing attentive and personalized information and recommendations;
•Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with established recipes and technical standards;
•Ensure all necessary preparations for bar service are completed;
•Guarantee that bar areas are consistently maintained in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper upkeep;
•Assist with stock control, requisitions, and the execution of periodic inventories;
•Ensure the proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment, utensils, and raw materials;
•Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and respective allergens;
•Comply with and enforce HACCP, health, and safety standards;
•Handle complaints and suggestions professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
