ABOUT THE JOB
You are a role model for your employees and motivate them to work as professionally and service-orientated as you do
You are responsible for all F&B outlets and ensure the ROBINSON quality standards in the entire F&B area
You ensure a smooth service process, manage your employees responsibly and pass on your expertise to them
You are responsible for the economic efficiency of the entire F&B area and compliance with ROBINSON's quality standards
You monitor purchasing and warehousing and ensure that goods and materials are in stock
As a host, the well-being of your guests is your top priority
As a team player, you support your colleagues in the various areas and are also present outside the restaurant in a variety of activities for the guests
You ensure that everything meets quality standards at special events such as a picnic on a mountain lake or a dinner on the beach
ABOUT YOU
Training in the hotel and catering industry
At least 2 years experience as F&B Manager
Ability to communicate and work in a team, even beyond your own department
Creativity and solution-orientation
Good manners and well-groomed appearance
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, ideally knowledge of the national language
