We are a company based in Split, Croatia, offering boat parties with a capacity of up to 250 pax; as well as one day private charters. We primarily cater to a young audience from around 18 to 35 years old.
As we have a younger demographic of both clients and staff, we feel it would be a great idea to hire young professionals from EBS as we've heard nothing but great things.
We are looking to hire 2 bartenders to work primarily on our boat parties. These run daily (2:30pm-8:00pm) from April-October. The bar onboard is fully equipped to make cocktails, mixed drinks, as well as to serve beer on tap. We will provide accommodation at a very reduced monthly rate.
Main Tasks:
- Bartend from 2:30pm-8:00pm
- Maintain inventory
- Ensure bar is well-stocked and clean
- Track customer behaviour and sales
- Maintain drink recipe documentation
- Uses point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms.
Other Requirements:
These individuals must have the ability to work under pressure, be highly creative, determined, responsible and willing to contribute to ensure the best experience for all guests coming on board! As well as meet the following requirements...
- 20-28 years old
- Good communication skills
- Outgoing, friendly and welcoming
- EU national (a plus but not mandatory)
