Key Responsibilities
- Support bartenders during service by restocking spirits, wine, beer, mixers, ice, glassware, and garnishes
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of the bar, back-of-house, and storage areas
- Wash, polish, and properly store glassware and bar tools
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the bar team
- Provide seamless support to ensure efficient, high-quality guest service
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, upscale setting
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holiday
