BUSCAMOS BARTENDERS – TEMPORADA 2026
Binibeca Vell · Menorca
Requisitos:
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia demostrable detrás de la barra
• Buen nivel de inglés
• Español básico (para el día a día)
• Otros idiomas serán valorados
• Buena actitud, ritmo de trabajo y ganas de formar equipo
Ofrecemos:
• Ambiente de trabajo joven y dinámico
• Equipo con buen rollo y ganas de hacer las cosas bien
• Posibilidad real de aprendizaje y crecimiento profesional
• Contrato de 6 meses (temporada)
• 40 horas semanales
• Salario competitivo según convenio + propinas
• Ayuda para encontrar alojamiento en la isla

A growing cocktail bar–restaurant is looking for bartenders to join the team for the upcoming season (from April to October)
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of proven bartending experience
• Fluent English
• Basic Spanish for daily communication
• Any additional language is a plus
• Positive attitude, fast pace, and team spirit
What we offer:
