Join the team at Hilton Adelaide as a Bartender in our Collins Bar, where you will create memorable guest experiences by crafting cocktails with creative flair. In this guest-facing role, you’ll deliver warm, professional, and efficient service that reflects Hilton’s commitment to excellence.

Hilton Adelaide is centrally located, overlooking Victoria Square. The hotel has 377 rooms ranging from guest rooms to the executive floor and suites. Hilton Adelaide offers unrivalled conference and events facilities comprising of 19 meeting rooms. It is the only 5-star hotel in Adelaide able to host 500 delegates to meet, eat and sleep, all under one roof.


What You'll be doing
A Bartender will be responsible for engaging our guests during their visit, receiving/serving orders and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner
- Create and serve a range of beverages including classic, specialty and contemporary cocktails, mixers, beer, wine and soft drinks etc
- Take food orders and assist the floor team with deliveries as required
- Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
- Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared
- Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts
- Answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner

What We're Looking For
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (South Australia)
- Valid Food Handling & Hygiene Certificate
- Capability to work autonomously and in a team
- Ability to take ownership of your work area, ensuring it remains clean, well-stocked and ready to delivery exceptional service
- Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service-focused role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or other service items
