Responsibilities:
-Guest Engagement & Service: Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, offer recommendations, handle special requests, and ensure a high-quality experience.
-Mixology & Beverage Craftsmanship: Prepare drinks with precision and creativity, maintain knowledge of spirits and ingredients, and contribute to menu ideas.
-Bar Setup & Cleanliness: Stock, organize, and maintain a clean bar before, during, and after service.
-Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inventory, assist with orders, follow proper storage, and participate in stock counts.
-Transactions & Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and manage tabs, receipts, and reports.
-Health, Safety & Compliance: Follow hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations; maintain equipment and promote responsible service.
-Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with staff, communicate effectively, provide support during busy periods, and participate in trainings and meetings.
Requirements:
-Fluency in Spanish and English.
-Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience or strong passion for service.
-Warm, approachable, and guest-focused attitude.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
-Reliable and punctual.
-Compliance with hotel standards, health, and safety regulations.
-Team-oriented, contributing to service improvement and productivity.
