Responsibilities:
-Guest Engagement & Service: Welcome guests warmly, manage reservations, seat guests promptly, and address special requests to ensure a seamless experience.
-Seating & Organization: Manage the seating chart efficiently, coordinate with staff, and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
-Guest Communication & Experience: Serve as the main contact for guest inquiries, offer recommendations, anticipate needs, and ensure guests feel valued.
-Health, Safety & Compliance: Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards; monitor cleanliness and follow safety protocols.
-Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with staff, communicate effectively during service, provide support as needed, and participate in team briefings.
Requirements:
-Fluency in Spanish and English.
-Hospitality experience (preferred 1+ year) or strong passion for service.
-Warm, approachable, guest-focused attitude.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
-Compliance with hotel standards, health, and safety regulations.
-Team-oriented with a focus on improving service and productivity.
-Professional, friendly, and genuine demeanor.
