Reporting to the F&B Manager, the Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar outlets, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and managing a dedicated team of bar staff. Furthermore, your duties will include:
- Ensuring that approved service sequences and standards are established and maintained at all times
- Perform monthly stock takes on all beverage stock and complete timely reporting of inventory management findings.
- Assist in staff rostering and developing training plans for all outlet Team Members.
- Monitor the venue’s budget, control costs and maximise profitability.
- Assist guests with all enquiries and complaints while providing accurate information to guests about property facilities and features.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and care of all equipment and materials
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager as also other Head of Departments on events and promotions.
Who you are?
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume bar
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities in English, maybe in another language and best also in German
- Knowledge of bar inventory management and ordering processes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
