It’s a hands-on, guest-facing setup. Floor Leads will run the floor on busy nights—managing service flow, guest experience, reservations, and small teams. On quieter days, you’ll be involved in operations, training, and helping shape how the space runs from the ground up.
For Bartenders, this is a cocktail-forward bar with a strong focus on technique, consistency, speed, and guest interaction. You’ll be part of building bar culture, executing cocktails to spec, and maintaining high service standards from day one.
What the roles involve:
• Owning the guest experience on busy nights
• Managing service flow and handling guest feedback
• Supervising / coordinating with bartenders & service staff
• Executing consistent service and cocktail standards
• Being part of opening and building a new bar concept
Who this is for:
People with a hospitality background (hotel school or solid bar/restaurant experience), confident with guests, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy cocktails, service culture, and being involved in growing a space from scratch, this role fits well.
