We are hiring a Frontend Executive / Guest Relations Executive to manage customer-facing responsibilities and deliver an excellent guest experience in line with Dutch hospitality standards.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests at the restaurant
Handle reservations, walk-ins, takeaway, and delivery orders
Support billing and payment processes at the counter
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Coordinate with service staff and kitchen teams
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Requirements: Good communication skills in English (Dutch preferred)
Customer-focused attitude with hospitality or customer service experience
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Valid work authorization to work in the Netherlands
Preference:
Preference will be given to Dutch citizens and candidates currently residing in the Netherlands
Employment:
As per Netherlands hospitality industry norms and labor laws.
