Bartender

We are seeking a professional and creative bartender to elevate our cocktail experience and help redefine the bar culture in Guinea-Bissau. Our goal is to introduce high-quality, innovative cocktails beyond the traditional drinks commonly known in the country.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages
• Create and develop an original cocktail menu
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation
• Lead the bar operations with professionalism and responsibility
• Train and guide bar staff when necessary

Requirements
• Young, professional, and passionate bartender
• Strong cocktail knowledge and creativity
• Ability to take leadership and full responsibility for the bar
• Language: Portuguese (preferred) or English
• Female bartender with leadership skills is strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a lounge, hotel, or high-end bar is an advantage
