• Minimum 1+ year barista experience preferred
Knowledge Required:
• Strong experience with espresso machines
• Skilled in coffee preparation techniques
• Ability to steam milk and create basic latte art
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety (HACCP)
Language Requirements
• English: Good communication skills required
• Dutch: A plus
Soft Skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Customer-focused attitude
• Excellent teamwork & communication skills
• Clean, neat, and professional appearance
