Due to the nature of the hospitality sector, these positions may function as hybrid roles where various responsibilities are combined. We value dynamic individuals with a “Swiss-army-knife” mentality; team members who are adaptable, versatile, and open to taking on different tasks as needed.
Customer Service / Salesperson / Promoter
· Greet and consult clients with a friendly attitude, escorting them to the reception area when necessary.
· Distribute flyers in designated areas or kiosks as instructed.
· Issue vouchers every time a sale is made.
· Provide excellent customer service while proactively working toward sales and promotion targets.
· Cover sales duties at partner locations, including hotels we collaborate with or our shops in the old town.
Waiter / Waitress / Beach Service
· Provide service by taking drink orders, serving beverages, and keeping tables tidy.
· Assist with restocking beverage fridges.
· Ensure administrative tasks (bills, receipts, etc.) are completed according to company standards.
· Service (i.e. taking drink orders, serving and ensuring sunbeds are tidy)
· Handling cash exchange for the daily rent of sunbeds
· Ensuring the cleanliness of the beach area
· Ensuring administrative tasks are carried out up to company standarts (bills, receipts etc.)
Bar
· Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and wash glassware.
· Assist with restocking fridges, maintaining bar inventory, and replenishing supplies.
· Interact with customers and prepare cocktails or other beverages from the menu.
Driver
· Maintain a clean and presentable appearance.
· Safely transport clients, staff, or company products to and from designated locations, adhering to traffic rules and speed limits.
