Nova Lounge Chelsea is seeking a Restaurant & Lounge Manager to oversee daily FOH operations, guest experience and coordination between the bar, kitchen and floor teams. This role focuses on leading service, handling reservations, pacing guest flow, and maintaining premium standards across restaurant and lounge hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise FOH staff during day and night service
• Manage reservations, seating flow, and guest communication
• Oversee table management, pacing, and service quality
• Coordinate with Chef and Head Barman for smooth operations
• Conduct daily briefings, handovers, and shift organisation
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Maintain ambience, cleanliness, and service readiness
• Support rota planning, attendance tracking, and reporting

A basic DBS check may be requested.
