The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Host/ess at our Malibu Farm Restaurant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests at the Malibu Farm, creating a positive and welcoming first impression
- Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences
- Provide exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and supporting overall operations
- Greet all guests warmly and promptly upon arrival with a professional, friendly demeanor and aloha spirit.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating assignments using our reservation system OpenTable.
- Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus, taking water preference and introducing the server when appropriate.

WHAT TO BRING
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
- Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
- Ability to stand for extended periods, and push/pull as needed during shifts
- Weekend and Holiday availability required.
- Previous hospitality or guest service experience is preferred
- Familiarity with luxury service standards and guest engagement techniques
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments and high-heat conditions for extended periods, while maintaining a positive attitude and high performance.
