Job Summary:
- To manage properly all the activities related to the Barman Position.
What will I be doing?
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in cocktail preparation.
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
- Enjoy being part of a team.
- Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service.
- Great communication skills and desire to develop and progress in your role.
- Good stress management and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
