Purpose

Join the Opening Team at Flaminia – Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour is thrilled to announce the opening of Flaminia, our new signature restaurant overlooking the sparkling waters of Circular Quay.

Developed in collaboration with the acclaimed Pilu restaurant, Flaminia will offer refined Italian dining with a contemporary flair, complemented by a sophisticated beverage program celebrating the best of local and international flavours.

We’re seeking skilled and passionate Bartenders to join our opening team. You’ll craft exceptional cocktails, deliver warm and professional service, and help shape the bar experience that will define Flaminia’s identity from day one.


What you’ll bring:

• Previous bar or cocktail experience in premium dining or luxury hospitality

• A passion for mixology, spirits, and creating memorable guest experiences

• Strong attention to detail, presentation, and product knowledge

• A collaborative, positive attitude and pride in delivering exceptional service
