The Merrion Hotel has partnered with Flow Hospitality Training to provide a bespoke learning management system for all of our team members. The Merrion is the first hotel in Ireland to provide accredited and tailor made training via Flow Hospitality Training.

The Role
We are looking for a service driven individual to join our five star Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to either begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working with a professional and welcoming Team you will be part of creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including:
· Meet the guests expectations
· Provide 5* service
· Tea/coffee service
· Afternoon tea service/evening service
· Drink service/knowledge
The Department consists of two luxury Drawing Rooms, the Garden Terrace and No. 23 Cocktail Bar, catering for light continental breakfast, light fare lunch and evening cocktails and aperitif. Our Drawing Rooms is most famous for our Art Afternoon Tea which is served on a daily basis in our Lounge area. Our Afternoon Tea pastries are based on the Art work which is displayed on the walls in our Drawing Rooms.
