As bartender and night service lead, you’ll be responsible for preparing cocktails, managing mise en place and stock, and ensuring a smooth and lively evening service.
At Comité Caribe, versatility is key — you’ll sometimes support the floor team, help with service coordination, or contribute ideas to improve the guest experience. We’re a small, passionate team that values collaboration, creativity, and authenticity.
We’re looking for someone dynamic, organised, and reliable — with strong cocktail skills and a genuine passion for hospitality and culture.
Spanish and English is a plus :)
