Providing a warm welcome and equally warm farewell are key aspects of the role.
The bartender knows how to follow brand directives and standards to the highest level. Handling guests at the bar, clearing and setting tables, serving food

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
·        Fluent in both Italian and English
·        Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
·        Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
·        Planning, problem solving, and teamwork
·        Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
·        Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive

Candidate profile
Education and Experience
Minimum 3-year experience in similar role in comparable property with sizeable rooms and meeting spaces.

Preferred:

•Has demonstrated the ability to always work on behalf of Guests
•Has demonstrated the ability to work with other Team Members
•Successful track record of working in a collaborative/matrixed environment
•Ability to evaluate and identify business opportunities for a business
