Armani Hotel Milan, 5 stars luxury hotel located in the heart of the famous Milan fashion district, is looking for aChef de Rang in the Food & Beveragedepartment. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for delivering great customer service and genuinely take care of our guest.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•Attend pre-service briefing for daily updates, ensuring tasks are followed up efficiently prior to guest’s arrival
•Meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner
•Ensure that mise en place levels are maintained accurately
•Present the menu and wine list
•Take guest food and beverages requirements promoting specials, recording preference and needs
•Assure guest satisfaction is met throughout the meal experience by providing efficient and courteous service
•Co-ordinate the service of food and beverages efficiently and accurately.
•Respond proactively to guest queries, ensuring that appropriate action is taken in the absence of Manager/Supervisor, followed by effective communication.
•Prepare and present bills accurately
•Wish “farewell” to all guests, ensuring guest satisfaction has been reached.
•Possibility to be transfer within the F&B division accordingly to business needs divisions.
•Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required
