What You’ll Do
Mix and serve a range of drinks, from classic mojitos to signature tropical cocktails, using fresh, local ingredients.
Prepare specialty coffees and light food orders, ensuring quick service.
Engage with a diverse crowd—divers and surfers sharing stories, tourists chasing sunsets, and locals dropping by for a chill evening.
Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized, while adding your flair to maintain our welcoming vibe.
Collaborate with our tight-knit team to ensure smooth operations, from opening setups to closing checks.
What We Expect from You:
Passion & Energy: Bring a positive, can-do attitude and a love for hospitality. No prior bartending experience? No problem—we’ll train you, but a flair for mixing drinks or customer service is a plus.
Reliability: Show up on time, ready to shine, even during peak season rushes.
People Skills: Chat easily with guests from all over, making them feel at home with your warmth and quick service.
Team Player: Work seamlessly with our small crew, pitching in where needed and keeping the good vibes flowing.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced beachfront setting, handling everything from quiet mornings to lively sunset crowds.
