Responsibilities•Oversee day-to-day café operations, including bakery, crêperie, beverage service, and customer experience.
•Recruit, train, and lead a small but high-performing team.
•Manage schedules, inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control.
•Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and local hospitality regulations.
•Develop and implement service procedures to maintain exceptional quality and efficiency.
•Collaborate on menu development, promotions, and community events.
•Monitor KPIs, report on sales and performance, and contribute to strategic decisions.
