About the Role:
As Duty Manager, you'll be the go-to person on shift – ensuring everything runs smoothly, guests are happy, and staff are supported. You'll bring energy, leadership, and a hands-on approach to service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
•Overseeing daily operations during your shift
•Leading and motivating the front-of-house team
•Managing customer experience and handling any issues professionally
•Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and health & safety standards
•Supporting the Venue Manager with training and stock control when needed
