We are looking fortwo highly motivated Shift Leadersto join our team fromMarch to November 2026. This is a seasonal position ideal for proactive, detail-oriented hospitality professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about guest service.
Key Responsibilities•Lead day-to-day operations inF&B service, bar, and guest relations.
•Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience.
•Build strong connections withrecurrent guestsand foster lasting relationships.
•Providepresentations of our farm and hotelto new guests.
•Serve in the restaurant and support colleagues wherever needed.
•Identify tasks proactively and take initiative without being asked.
•Manage and motivate the team, especially during the busy summer months.
Requirements•Proven experience in hospitality, particularly infood & beverage serviceand guest relations.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support a team.
•Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
•Confidence in speaking with guests and presenting our concept with enthusiasm.
•Flexibility to take on different tasks and help across departments when needed.
•A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
