Job summary:
A member of the Food & Beverage Service Department, he will be responsible for stocking the bar, prepare and serve drinks according to the resort standards, maintaining a clean and orderly bar, and assisting in keeping the beverage inventory department

Candidate profile:
• Good communication skills in English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a hotel industry
• Must be presentable, physically fit to perform the Job and well-groomed.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Description:
- Set up the bar, inspect all items that are be used for cleanliness.
- Inspect the inventory to ensure that par stock is according to the standard.
- Requisite for all bar supplies from the storeroom.
- Perform assigned side work and mice-en-place duties in the bar and prepare the bar ready for service.
- Prepare all pre – beverages for the service. Prepare all drinks and cocktails according to resort standards.
- Ensure that no F&B item is served or given out of the bar without a cashier slip or
- correct filled out transfer form.
- Co-ordinate and co-operate with bar and service staff.
- Clean all glassware and other operating utensils and store them on signed areas. Inspect all glassware and utensils for cleanliness.
- Greet the guest with a warm smile. Suggest additional beverages, promote the daily specials.
- Present a warm and personable appearance at all times.
- Offer beverages immediately, time the service to correspond with the pace of the guest.
- Explain cocktails and beverages.
- Remove dirty glasses and other service equipment according to the resort standards.
- Performs other duties as requested.
- Actively participate in Human Resources, Learning and Development initiatives that will help the Resort to deliver higher levels of service to our guests and our compliance to good health and safety practices at the workplace.
- To support by assisting with on-the-job training and orientation of new team members/trainees and other reasonable requests to improve the performance and service standards of our team.
