During yourSidekick Internship(starting February 9th 2026) you'll be the go-to person, connector and problem solver for our beloved guests (or as we like to call them, residents).
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as aSidekick Intern… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
A friendly first impression:Be the friendly face that residents meet first, making check-ins and check-outs a breeze, and answering their burning questions with a smile.
Master of the bar:Channel your inner mixologist as you switch between being a barista and a beer master, crafting delicious drinks and sparking lively conversations.
Bringing people together with food:Become the ultimate food matchmaker by serving up mouth-watering meals and refreshing drinks in our Living Kitchen restaurant, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Creating memorable meetings and events:Embrace your inner event planner by setting up our meeting rooms, styling the meeting and event spaces, and ensure a flawless experience.
WHAT MAKES THE INTERNSHIP UNIQUE?
•You'll be an operations all-rounder.You'll improve your skills in all departments. No day looks the same!
•You'll bring your knowledge into practice.With an "Always Beta" mentality, you'll help improve processes at Zoku.

•Internship allowance of €1500 gross per month.
•12.5 holiday days (per 6 months).
