* Assist the Bar Manager with the management of the department.
* Check that the procedures to be carried out in accordance with the hotel's rules and regulations are complied with.
* Support with administrative tasks.
* Train, coach, and mentor bar team members.
* Support with the bar reviews in conjunction with the quality department
* Conduct briefings with team members as deemed necessary.
* Fill out paid/unpaid leave slips.
* Keep track of assortments of missing products in warehouses and bars.
* Assist in solving complaints from customers and team members.
* Organize, together with supervisors, staff roles and mealtimes to cover staff in their respective area.
* Perform briefings with team members at the beginning of each shift and in the delivery of pins.
* Establish the roles of team specifying the days of rest, shifts and bar in which it will be integrated.
* Conduct interviews in case the Bar Manager is absent
