As ourMeeting and Events Intern, you'll be the go-to person, mediator and problem solver for all meeting & events hosted at Zoku Paris.
You'll be responsible for coordinating everything to make sure that we create unforgettable events and will gain hands-on experience of the day-to-day operations of all M&E activities. You will also manage event requests and work closely with the Meeting and Events Manager on a daily basis. You'll manage food and beverage orders together with the Kitchen team and the Duty Managers team. Ultimately, you love to host a good party!
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as aMeeting & Events Intern… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
Creating memorable meetings:You'll work closely with our team to plan, organize, and execute all meetings and events at Zoku Paris. By making sure that all of our guests' needs are met, you'll help us create Zoku-like experiences that will keep our guests coming back for more.
Supporting commercial results:You'll be the champion of M&E requests and bookings, ensuring that Zoku Paris is the top choice for businesses now and in the future. Together with our Meeting & Events and Sales Managers, you'll promote Zoku as the go-to event venue for new clients.
Communication Connoisseur:You'll help us set up SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for the department and make sure that our operational team is briefed on all event details. By ensuring a proper execution, you'll help us exceed our guests' expectations every time.
