SWOT Hospitality is looking for a professional, energetic Bartender with excellent skills to create and serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages for our guests.To succeed as a bartender, you should have an engaging, friendly personality, creative and attentive.You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and naturally warm and friendly.Bartender Responsibilities:• Welcoming guests, reading, and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking beverage orders.• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to guests.• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked.• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.• Developing new cocktail and mocktail recipes.
