We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and help deliver an unforgettable dining experience for our esteemed guests.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager at Wild Carrot, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. You will support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining the highest standards of service, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable and flawless dining experience.

What you will do:

- Assist in the daily management and smooth operation of the Wild Carrot restaurant, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, ensuring they provide warm, personalized, and attentive service.

- Supervise and train staff to ensure consistent service standards and to promote a strong team spirit.

- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost controls.

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and proactive manner.

- Ensure that health and safety standards, as well as company policies and procedures, are followed.

- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and communication between front and back of house.

- Assist in the planning and execution of events and special functions.

What you will bring

- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.

- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

- A sound understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.

- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
