About the role
Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Department while ensuring guest satisfaction. /ゲストの満足を保証しつつ、部署の従業員の仕事の計画、取りまとめ、管理、指示を行う。
What you will do
- Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments. /同僚、上司、全ての部門と友好的かつプロとしての関係を維持する。
- Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. /EmPactに定めるフォーシーズンズ服務規律と行動規範カテゴリー1およびカテゴリー2の遵守および遂行
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s Restaurant Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met. /カルチャーおよびサービススタンダードを確実に満たすよう、ホテルのレストラン部門の全従業員の選別、研修、評価、指導、動機付け、コーチ、および監督管理を行う。
- The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, in absence of manager concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts. /オペレーションをリードする。評価をする、優れた広報を推進する、マネージャー不在の際は、ゲスト、クライアント、および団体客の担当のコンプレイン対応を行う。懸念事項、特別のリクエストを処理する能力。
- Assist with the service of food to guests. ゲストへの料理提供の補助を行う。
- Assist in other areas of the department as needed. /必要に応じ、部署の他の領域も手伝う。
- Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience for the dining and in-room private bar services. /ダイニング、ルームプライベートバーサービスのための気配りの効いた、際だったエクスペリエンスに特化した上品な内装が施された環境で、ワイン、スピリッツの知識を提供するのに加え、食品、材料、調理方法全ての品質を説明し、保証する。
- Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed. /アウトレットの設備、装置の状態を確認し、必要に応じ、修正、改善の提言をする。
- Assist Department Head to complete/meet PWT goal. /PWT目標を完/達成するよう、デパートメントヘッドをサポートする。
- Implement new benchmark standard training and assist Department Head to meet yearly goal. /新たなベンチマークスタンダード研修を実施し、年次目標の達成に向け、デパートメントヘッドをサポートする。
- Ensure all menus in the Restaurant are clean and updated. /レストランのメニュー全てが清潔で最新のものであるよう徹底する。
- Assist team and DH to assist department goal. /部署の目標達成に向け、チーム、デパートメントヘッドをサポートする。
- Assist with set-up and cleaning of operational areas. /オペレーションエリアのセットアップおよび清掃のサポートをする。
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by Outlet Manager. /その他、アウトレットマネージャーが指示する業務を行う。
- Ensure PCI compliance are implemented. /PCI(Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)コンプライアンスの実施を徹底する。
- Upsell without affecting guests’ experience/ ゲストのエクスペリエンスに影響を与えることなく、アップセルを行う。
What you bring
- Require a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks. /重要な職務、タスクの全てを達成するため、柔軟なスケジュールが必要とされる。
- Require a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and Four Seasons Internal Controls, Policies and Procedures as they relates to Cashiering. Working knowledge is generally learned on the job./レジ係に関係するため、一般会計原則およびフォーシーズンズインターナルコントロール、ポリシー＆プロシージャーの基礎となる専門知識が必要とされる。実務知識は、一般的に現場で習得できる。
- Ability to operate fax, scanner, copier, telephone, adding machine, calculator. /ファクシミリ、スキャナー、コピー機、電話、レジ、計算機を操作できること。
- Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software. /コンピューター機器、Microsoft Office Suiteソフトウエアの知識があり、操作できること。
- Ability to read, write and speak English & Japanese. /英語、日本語の読み書き、会話能力。
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage service, cost control. /F&Bサービス、コスト管理の知識
