? What profile are we looking for?
• Experience in creative/signature cocktails (minimum 2 years).
• Knowledge of modern techniques, fermentations, infusions, clarifications, etc.
• Good level of English (other languages ​​are a plus).
• Positive attitude, impeccable presence, and a passion for detail.
• Desire to innovate, learn, and be part of something big.
