Located within walking distance of Tokyo Station, this 57-key intimate urban retreat is at the heart of the city's vibrant pulse. Explore the nearby galleries and upscale boutiques in Ginza, or indulge in Tokyo's hidden gems, from sushi bars and speakeasies to exceptional izakayas and local cafes. The phenomenally talented, Chef Daniel Calvert, is at the helm of Maison Marunouchi and Michelin-starred Sézanne. The former is an elevated Parisian bistro, while the latter – listed on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants and The World’s 50 Best Restaurants – is the epitome of fine French dining yet regionally-inspired.
People Functions
· Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments.
· Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
· Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the server using the hotel's point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest's original order.
· Serve and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of Bar drinks/Coffee and specialty drinks.
· Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
· Assist in other areas of the department as needed.
Product Functions
· Prepare and serve a selection of Bar drinks or Coffee from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Restaurant and Bars.
• To drive innovation and creativity in all outlets guest touch points.
• Keep and Maintain par levels.
Profit Functions
• Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.
Candidate must currently live in Japan and have appropriate work authorization
