As Bartender and Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our patrons' experience by crafting innovative drinks, training staff, managing inventory, and maximizing revenue through strategic upselling techniques.

Responsibilities:

Beverage Innovation:

Create and design unique and innovative cocktails that reflect current industry trends and cater to diverse customer preferences.
Continuously update the drink menu to entice customers and encourage repeat business.
Experiment with new ingredients, techniques, and presentations to set the bar apart from competitors.
Sales and Customer Engagement:

Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and provide personalized drink recommendations.
Utilize upselling strategies to enhance the overall customer experience while maximizing sales revenue.
Stay updated on menu offerings and ingredients to guide customers through their choices.
Team Leadership and Training:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of bartenders and barbacks, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.

Inventory Management:
