The Role
As a Bartender at Metropolitan Gaming, you will set the scene for exceptional experiences and are an invaluable part of our Food and Beverage Team. Bartenders are flexible to our customers' needs and go above and beyond to make anything possible.
Main Responsibilities:
- Keep the bar area clean and organised
- Prepare drinks promptly and with expert knowledge, maintaining the highest standards
- Support the team to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy periods
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to engage with and interact comfortably with guests and build a working rapport in service to ensure a smooth and elegant service experience
- Master the point-of-sale system for swift and precise order placement.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience & hunger to learn
This position requires working evenings, weekends, and shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week so individuals should be flexible in their scheduling. Bartenders will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet working directly with the public.
