? We're Hiring: Bartender (m/f/d) – Luis Gardens, Kaprun

At Luis Gardens, we don't just serve drinks — we create experiences. Nestled in the heart of Kaprun, our vibrant restaurant and bar combines fresh, regional cuisine with an urban garden flair. From handcrafted cocktails to house-made herbal infusions, every detail is designed to surprise and delight our guests. Now, we’re looking for a charismatic Bartender to bring our bar to life.

Your Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, and beverages

Create unique drink specials using herbs and ingredients from our indoor farm

Engage with guests and provide outstanding bar-side service

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to HACCP standards

Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory

Collaborate closely with the service and kitchen teams

Your Profile:

Passion for bartending and hospitality

Relevant experience in high-quality restaurants, hotels, or bars

Creativity and product knowledge in cocktails, spirits, and wine

Confident, outgoing personality and team spirit

Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Knowledge of bar tools, hygiene, and cash handling
