Junior Bartender Part-Time 24h x week

For a fine dining restaurant in Milan, we are looking for a Part-Time Junior Bartender / Bar Back 24 hours per week (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) to support the bartending team in the operational management of the bar, ensuring efficiency and order during service.

Responsibilities:
- Support bartenders in ingredient preparation and mise en place;
- Stock the bar counter with ice, glasses, bottles and necessary equipment;
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area during and after service;
- Manage the pickup and washing of glassware and tools used;
- Work with the team to ensure smooth and flawless service.

Requirements:
- Minimum experience in a similar role or strong interest in the mixology field;
- Speed, accuracy and ability to work under pressure;
- Aptitude for teamwork and willingness to learn;
- Hour flexibility and willingness to work weekends and evening hours;
- Basic knowledge of HACCP standards.
