- Good English skills especially listening and speaking.

- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position in a hotel or resort.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork orientated.
- Flexibility to work different shifts.
