Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other hotel staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure a seamless and coordinated service experience for guests.
- Work closely with event planners or organizers to coordinate and execute special events and functions held at the hotel.
Monthly Seasonal Cocktails:
- Create and curate a rotating menu of monthly seasonal cocktails to offer guests a unique and diverse experience.
- Experiment with new recipes and ingredients to stay innovative and on-trend in the ever-evolving world of mixology.
- Collaborate with the kitchen to pair cocktails with seasonal menu offerings.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage the bar inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Customer Engagement:
- Actively engage with guests to build rapport and encourage repeat business.
- Solicit feedback from customers to continuously improve service and beverage offerings.
Training and Mentoring:
- Assist in training new bartenders and provide ongoing guidance and support.
- Share knowledge and expertise with the team to elevate overall service quality.
Promotions and Marketing:
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotions and marketing strategies for the bar.
- Promote special events, happy hours, and other promotions to attract and retain customers.
Maintaining Ambiance:
- Contribute to creating and maintaining a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere within the bar area.
- Ensure that the bar is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
