MIXOLOGY DEVELOPMENT AND INSTRUCTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gin Academy Experiences:
- Develop experiences to teach the art of mixology.
- Create a comfortable environment for customers to enjoy the experience.
- Instruct everyone at the distillery on the cocktail production process.
- Supervise the cocktail creation aspects of each participant.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in the final product.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among customers.
- Provide additional support or resources to individuals who may need extra help.
- Possess understanding of mixology techniques.
- Evaluate and select raw materials based on their impact on flavor and the overall quality of the product.

Brand Representation:
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the distillery at events, tastings, and promotional activities.

Cocktail Creation:
- Research new cocktail and distilled drink techniques and trends
- Collaborate with the product development team to create innovative recipes.

Event Coordination:
- Support the execution of events and product launches.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event materials as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Patience and empathy when working with adult learners from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to adapt to meet the needs of each class.
Passion for education, alcoholic beverages, learning new things, and strong commitment.
Flexibility and adaptability to respond to the diverse needs of participants.
Strong sensory analysis skills.
Advanced knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, preparation techniques, and mixology trends.
Leadership skills and effective communication.
Passion for creativity and developing new experiences for customers.
Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
Communication in English is desirable.
