Seasonal Bartending in Faliraki Greece

Bartenders have a list of 27 items. Mostly summer classics with a couole signature twists. We focus mainly on speed as 200 clients could enter within an hour. A team of three is responsible for catering to them quickly, working together, with a smile. Our customers are holiday makers, so they are easy to please and we have to maintain their cool experience.
Shifts from 6pm-2am. 6-8 is low time, slow service, preparation for the night (fruit, garnish, prep, premix, stocking etc). 8.30 people start coming and we are ready. 9-1.30 is peak time and "crazy hour". 1.30-2.00 clean stock and close.
Barbacks to support bartender and jump in.
Servers to take cocktails to tables accordingly. Polite and friendly members always. Clearing tables when customers have left, ready for the next groups.

Bartender 1500-2000
Barback 1300-1800
Service 1500-200
All positions have tips to be earned
All members have options of accommodation and meal plans.
