Role information:
- Mixing and Serving Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, while ensuring accuracy and quality in each drink.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, suggesting drinks, and catering to individual preferences while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the bar area clean, sanitized, and organized, including the bar tools, glasses, and working surfaces, to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies, placing orders, and keeping track of stock levels to avoid shortages during peak hours.
- Adhering to Safety and Legal Regulations: Follow safety protocols, responsible serving practices, and legal drinking age regulations to ensure a safe and compliant environment for both customers and the establishment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender and or bartender qualification
- Acknowledge the pivotal purpose of health and safety protocols in a hotel environment.
- Provide a superb guest service and have excellent people skills.
- Excellent attention to detail in delivering customer care standards.
- Be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Be available and flexible for early starts and late finishes, weekends and bank holidays.
