Barista Wanted

As a Lobby Lounge Barista at Conrad Centennial Singapore, you are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner, ensuring each encounter brings guest satisfaction and a positive and excellent guest experience. As Barista, you would also be required to have extensive coffee knowledge of menu offerings.

What will I be doing?

- Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
- Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
- Ensure knowledge of menu and all products
- Prepares coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as espresso, expresso lungo, latte, and cappuccino.
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies for coffee bar.
- Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Ensure mis-en-place is well stocked at all floor stations
- Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues or challenges
- Ensure coffee orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance of Hotel brand standards
- Comply with company security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Practice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- To perform any other duties as assigned
