Job Description

- Create and serve a variety of innovative cocktails and beverages that delight and impress our guests.
- Engage with guests, creating lively and memorable conversations that enhance their experience.
- Bring your flair bartending style and excellent technique to the bar, contributing to a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new and exciting drink menus that reflect current trends and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Continuously learn and improve your craft, with the goal of advancing to a Mixologist role.
- An exciting opportunity to grow from Bartender to Mixologist with full support from the hotel, including courses and training.

Qualifications

- Strong background in bar and beverage creation, with a passion for mixology. Experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is welcome.
- A charming personality and the ability to engage and connect with guests.
- Tattoos are welcome. we value your unique style and personality.
- Experience in flair bartending and an understanding of bar techniques.
- Ambitious, with a passion to make Bittersweet one of Asia’s Top 50 Bars.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
