Bar Supervisor Needed

Cable Beach House is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisors to join our hardworking team.

This is a hands-on role within our busy venue, so you must be passionate, customer-centric, display an excellent work ethic and lead by example.

The successful candidates must possess:
- Work experience in the same role is highly recommended.
- Experience in training and coaching other employees
- Great leadership qualities and people management skills
- Administrative skills (ordering, rostering, stock control etc)
- Strong communication skills
- Thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Current RSA and Approved Manager License WA
- Strong customer focus and a passion for customer service (can-do attitude)
- Well presented, enthusiastic team player

Key Responsibilities:
- Serving food and beverages to patrons.
- Supervising and training bar attendants ensuring compliance with company and government policies in relation to health, safety and licensing laws
- Cash handling including operating tills, banking, reconciling tills
- Greeting guests and taking guest reservations · Recording and maintaining stock levels
- Assisting with staff roster
- Actively promote products and services
- Cleaning and maintaining bar service areas

Availability:
- On offer, we have 3 full-time roles we are looking for candidates who are available to work a full roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
