What will I be doing?
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Give a warm welcome our guests
- Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
- Empathy with the guest to make them feel confident.
- Control and responsibility over all guests’ communications with the club.
- Perfect knowledge of all the services offered.
- Support the team in the F&B service.
What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Previous experience in this position in a gastronomic restaurant or similar.
- Availability to work a split shift schedule (lunch and dinner service).
- Positive attitude
- English and Spanish conversational
- Good communication skills
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
