                ●	Welcome and seat guests, arranging tables and settings. 
● Being able to understand the basics of the reservation system.
● Being knowledgeable the Menu (food, wine, cocktails & Special)
● To know all the menu items, allergies, and food safety
● To follow the opening, closing and mid shift procedure list
● To do the inventory of napkins, glasses, tools, and silverware
● Take service orders in person.
● Serve and run the food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction.
● Record transactions in the PAR POS system.
● Be a team player for the BOH and FOH team members.
● Process various payment methods.
● Being able to lift up to 25lbs.
● Clean tables, polish glasses, and silverware
● Restock the station tableware and supplies.
● Complete closing duties, cleanup, including equipment breakdown.
● Coordinate service requirements.
● Uphold safety, quality, and uniform standards.
